In Dec 2022 one of the leading MDO based in Odisha approached Ashar Locker to solve the screening media life issue at one of their iron ore site . They had 2 screen plants at that site ( Terex WC 1300 & Metso 1855/GP 220) & were using local make wiremesh . Life of the wiremesh was only 200 hours . Due to frequent damage of wiremesh customer was facing problem in fulfilling the target output set by mines owner.

At Ashar Locker, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We recently worked closely with one of our valued customers, United Motors, to address challenges they faced with our higher aperture Screen Meshes during 100mm size aggregate screening.

In April 2018 one of the largest steel plant of india had approached Ashar Locker to help in improving product quality of their new development .They were recycling LD slag (which is a byproduct from blast furnace) . After crushing the LD slag, they were screening it through wiremesh & due to frequent chocking issue they were not getting proper size material in the output.

One of the prominent aggregatemanufacturers in Maharashtra sought the expertise of Ashar Locker to addressthe issue of clogging/choking at the bottom deck of their site. The sitefeatured two screen plants from Sandvik and Akashganga OEM, both utilizing wiremesh screens. Clogging of the wire mesh screens posed a challenge for thecustomer in achieving their production targets.

Ashar Locker (India) Pvt. Ltd. was consulted by one of the largest crushers in the Namakkal region of Tamil Nadu to address a screening issue they were encountering. Established in 2007, this family-owned crushing industry operates multiple crushers across different parts of Tamil Nadu, each owned by different siblings. The Namakkal plant featured two TEREX-made Vibrating Screens, both equipped with conventional Woven Wire Meshes. Despite running for 8-10 hours daily, these meshes provided a lifespan of only 40-45 days.
